This website introduces GFM-Stiftung, its institutional profile and selected areas of interest. Its contents are for general information only and do not constitute individual advice.

2. No investment or funding offers

The contents do not constitute a public offer to acquire interests in companies, investment advice, a solicitation of assets or a binding promise of funding. Education and research describe possible future directions, not an existing public grant programme.

3. Enquiries

Contacting the Foundation does not in itself create a contract or any entitlement to assessment, a reply, support or cooperation. Binding commitments require a separate legally effective agreement.

The Foundation endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information. To the extent permitted by law, it does not warrant continuous completeness, currency or availability. Mandatory statutory responsibilities remain unaffected.

Third-party sites linked from this website are operated under their respective providers’ responsibility. Where the Foundation receives specific reports of potentially unlawful content, it considers appropriate action as required.

7. Protected document access

The private access link opens Infomaniak’s identity service. Only individually assigned permissions determine which organisational services and documents a person may access.
